Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Ombelo, of Indore, India. You can reach a person at support@ombelo.co or through the contact page. “We”, “us” and “Ombelo” below all mean the same seller.
What we sell
Everything on this shop is a digital file: Notion templates, PDFs, spreadsheets, design assets, 3D models and bundles of those. Nothing is shipped, nothing is printed for you, and no physical item will ever arrive. Each product page lists the formats in the download and anything you need in order to open them — a Notion account, a spreadsheet application, a 3D package. Check that list before buying; it is the description your order is measured against.
We may add, change, re-price or withdraw products at any time. If we withdraw a product you have already bought, your download stays in your account and your license continues.
Placing an order
Adding a file to your cart is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete payment, and accepted when we confirm it on screen and by email. If we cannot accept an order — a pricing error, a payment we cannot verify, a file that turned out to be broken — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge. Where your local law makes you responsible for import or consumption tax on a digital purchase, that part is yours to settle.
Getting your files
Delivery is instant. The download links appear on the order-confirmation screen as soon as payment clears, arrive in your order email, and stay in your account for as long as the shop exists. There is no download limit and no expiry date on your links.
If a link does not work, write to us with your order number and we will send a fresh one. Do not buy the file twice.
What you may do with a file
Buying a file buys you a license to use it — not ownership of it. The full terms, including what commercial use covers and what is never allowed, are on the License page, and they form part of this agreement. In short: use it in your own work, do not resell or redistribute it.
Refunds
Digital files cannot be returned, so our refund rules are written around whether the file worked and matched its description. The full policy — including the 14-day window, what does and does not qualify, and how to ask — is on the Refund policy page and forms part of these terms.
Your account
An account is created for you at checkout so you can find your downloads again. Keep your password to yourself: anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
You can close your account at any time by asking us. Closing it removes your ability to re-download; it does not end a license you have already been granted, and it does not delete records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
Things you must not do
You agree not to: resell, share, sub-license or redistribute the files; strip or alter licensing information; use the shop to break any law; attempt to access another customer’s orders or downloads; scrape, overload or probe the site; or upload anything harmful through the contact form.
We can suspend or close an account, and cancel outstanding downloads, where we have good reason to believe one of these has happened.
When something goes wrong
We check every file before it goes up, but we do not promise that a file will be free of every fault, will suit a purpose we never described, or will keep working after a third party — Notion, Microsoft, Adobe, Blender, your operating system — changes something at their end. Where a file is genuinely broken or not as described, tell us: we will fix it or refund it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost data, lost time — arising from the use of a file.
Buying through Gumroad
Some products can also be bought from our Gumroad listing. Those purchases are made under Gumroad’s terms and are handled through their checkout, their receipts and their refund process. The license you get for the file is the same one described on our License page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than emailed.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights your local consumer law gives you.
Before starting anything formal, write to us. Most disputes about a digital file turn out to be a broken link or a missing plug-in, and both are quicker to fix than to argue about.
