Buying
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout runs through PayPal, which takes PayPal balances and all the major credit and debit cards — you do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. Your card details go straight to PayPal and never touch our servers.
What currency are prices in?
Every price on the site is in US dollars. If your card is in another currency your bank converts at its own rate on the day, so the amount on your statement can differ by a little.
How do I use a coupon code?
Add what you want to the cart, then type the code into the coupon box on the cart or checkout page and press Apply. The discount shows in the totals before you pay. One coupon per order.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out with just an email address and the download links are sent there. Creating an account is free and means your files stay one click away in My account → Downloads, forever.
Downloads
When do I get my files?
The moment payment clears. Links appear on the thank-you page straight away and a copy lands in your email. Bank-backed PayPal payments occasionally take a few days to settle — you get an email the second they do.
Can I download a file more than once?
Yes. Downloads are unlimited and never expire. Sign in and open My account → Downloads whenever you need the file again — a new laptop, a lost folder, a re-install.
What file formats do I get?
It depends on the product, and the exact list is on every product page under Format. Notion products arrive as a duplicable template link, planners as print-ready PDFs, spreadsheets as .xlsx, design assets as .svg and .zip, and 3D models as .obj with textures.
My download link is not working.
Nine times out of ten the link was opened in a different browser session than the one that bought it. Sign in first, then use My account → Downloads. If it still fails, message us with your order number and we will send a fresh link.
Licenses
What can I do with what I buy?
Use it yourself, for as long as you like. Files work on all your own devices. Software with a licence key works on one computer per key. Edit it, restyle it, make it yours. Whatever you build with it is yours to keep and to sell.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes, on almost everything. The commercial license is included in the price — we do not sell the same file twice at two prices. The few products that are personal use only say so on the product page, under License.
What is not allowed?
Reselling, redistributing or giving away the files themselves — as they are or lightly edited — is not allowed, and neither is including them in a template or asset pack of your own. The work you make with them is yours.
Do I have to credit Ombelo?
No credit is required. It is always welcome, never expected.
Refunds
Can I get a refund on a download?
A downloaded file cannot be handed back, so digital purchases are not refundable as a matter of course. That is the industry norm and it is why every product page lists exactly what is inside before you buy.
What if the file is broken or not as described?
Then it is on us. Message us within 14 days with your order number and what went wrong. We will fix the file, or refund you in full — your choice.
I bought the same thing twice.
Send us the two order numbers and we refund the duplicate, no questions asked.
How long does a refund take?
We approve refunds within one working day. PayPal then takes three to five working days to put the money back on your card.
